Are you planning on doing a first look? And/or doing portraits before or after the Ceremony?

Some people like to do a "first look" and get portraits before the time of the ceremony. Others love the "first look" being the classic walk down the aisle and to have all portraits done later. Both are amazing!

Agreement

1. PAYMENT TERMS: The $300 booking deposit is to reserve the date agreed upon, and is non-refundable if the Client cancels or changes the engagement. The full remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before the date of the wedding. 2. As the author of the images created the Photographer retains full copyright under the Canadian Copyright Act, c. C-42. Full resolution .JPG image ownership for all photographs is extended to Client(s) by the Photographer. The Client may alter, reproduce, print, and electronically distribute any image without limitation. The Photographer retains all rights to use images in self-promotion, portfolio and professional competition review but will not use the images for any other purpose without first obtaining written permission from the Client. 3. The Client shall assist and cooperate with the Photographer to get the desired photographs. Including but not limited to specifying certain people and/or scenes to be photographed, taking time to pose for photographs, and to discuss desired photos at the photography consultation before the wedding. 4. The Photographer may be limited by guidelines or rules of the ceremony official, ceremony venue, or reception venue. The client understands that the Photographer will abide by such guidelines or rules and that they are outside the control of the Photographer. Client agrees to hold the Photographer harmless for the impact such guidelines or rules may have on the finished product.
