About Zuzy...
Hey there! My name is Zuzy Rocka. I'm a passionate photographer, artist, snowboarder, outdoorsy person and also happen to be Polish (thus the interesting name which is pronounced like Suzy but with a Z by the way). I’m always up for adventure, a good horror flick, and ways to embarrass myself through any type of dance.
To me, photography is an incredible avenue for visual storytelling. Though it may be cliche, “story-telling” really does best describe my approach to photography. I tend to lean to the more photo-journalistic style, documenting in between moments and the human connection.
I aim to give my clients a professional but comfortable experience. There isn't a rush with my shoots, I would rather work out the environment with you and let your personality show. Really it’s about making a little adventure together!
I live in Sun Peaks, BC. Most of my work is done here and the Kamloops region, as well as the surrounding area that makes up the interior of BC. However I warmly welcome all opportunities to travel as well!
